Jesus is an on time God, I know He is. and whatever concerns you also concerns Him. I pray in the name of Jesus that he will step into your situation right now and deliver you. That He will supply all your needs right now according to His riches in Glory. I pray for this person Lord that you will have mercy on her and break this drought period in the name of Jesus. Do your victory dance and claim victory in Jesus name that it is done in His name.
