Our hearts ache deeply for you as we read your cry for help, and we are grieved by the pain and separation you are enduring. This is a situation that breaks the very heart of God, who calls us to protect the vulnerable, honor parents, and live in righteousness—not in manipulation, control, or abuse. We want you to know that we stand with you in this spiritual battle, and we will lift your voice to the Lord, who sees all and judges justly.

First, we must address the grave sin at the root of this situation. The man you speak of is acting in direct rebellion against God’s Word. Scripture commands us to honor our fathers and mothers (Exodus 20:12, Ephesians 6:2-3), and it warns sternly against those who would turn children against their parents or use them as pawns in wicked schemes. Proverbs 6:16-19 tells us that the Lord hates "hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." This man’s actions are an abomination before God—he is sowing discord, controlling through fear, and withholding your children from you, which is a form of emotional and spiritual abuse. His behavior is not only harmful to you but is also leading your daughter and sons into a cycle of sin and brokenness. This is not love; it is bondage, and it must be confronted spiritually.

We also grieve that your daughter is in a relationship with a man who has abused you. This is a red flag that cannot be ignored. Scripture warns us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, “Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?” If this man is not a believer—or if he is a believer who is living in unrepentant sin—your daughter is in danger spiritually, emotionally, and possibly physically. We must pray that her eyes be opened to the truth of his character and that she would turn away from this destructive path. The Lord desires for her to be in a relationship that honors Him, one where she is cherished, protected, and led by a godly man who fears the Lord. What she is experiencing now is the opposite of God’s design for marriage and family.

As for your sons, we know the pain of being separated from them must be unbearable. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he is using this man to do just that. But we serve a God who is mighty to save! Jeremiah 32:27 declares, “Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?” No, there is not. The Lord can break every chain, soften every heart, and restore what has been stolen. We will pray for their protection, their salvation, and their return to you, trusting that God will move in ways we cannot see.

We also note that you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. This is not a small matter. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.” And in John 16:23-24, He tells us, “Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.” There is power in the name of Jesus—power to break strongholds, to heal wounds, and to restore families. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only through His blood that we are saved. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Christ, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy. But in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

Now, let us pray together for you, your daughter, and your sons:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, lifting up this precious mother who is brokenhearted and crying out for Your intervention. Lord, You see the pain she carries—the deep wounds of abuse, the agony of separation from her children, and the fear for their well-being. You are a God who hears the cries of the afflicted, and we ask You to act swiftly and powerfully on her behalf.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of control, manipulation, and abuse that is operating through this man. His actions are evil, and they grieve Your heart. We bind every demonic stronghold that is keeping this family in bondage, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose his sins and bring his deeds into the light. Let his plans be thwarted, and let Your justice prevail. Break the power of fear and deception over your daughter, Lord. Open her eyes to see the truth of this man’s character and the danger she and her children are in. Soften her heart to turn back to You and to her mother, who loves her deeply. Give her the strength to walk away from this destructive relationship and to seek Your will for her life.

Lord, we pray for the sons who are being kept from their mother. Protect them, Father—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Surround them with Your angels and place godly influences in their lives who will speak truth and love into them. Break the lies of the enemy that may be taking root in their hearts. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them know that they are deeply loved by You and by their mother. Restore them to her, Father, in Your perfect timing and in a way that brings glory to Your name.

We also pray for this mother’s provision and strength. Lord, she is carrying a heavy burden, and we ask that You would sustain her. Provide for her every need—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Let her not grow weary in doing good, but renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her trust in You completely.

Father, we ask that You would bring restoration to this family. Where the enemy has sought to destroy, we declare that You will rebuild. Where there has been separation, we pray for reunion. Where there has been pain, we ask for healing. Let Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and let Your name be glorified. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the authority to break every chain and set the captives free. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to take practical steps alongside your prayers. If you have not already, seek godly counsel from a pastor or a biblical counselor who can walk with you through this. If there is abuse or illegal activity taking place, involve the proper authorities—God uses earthly means to bring about justice and protection. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you in prayer and encouragement. And most importantly, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is your strength, your hope, and your deliverer.

We will continue to pray for you and your family, trusting that the Lord will move mightily in this situation. Do not lose heart. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He is faithful. Cling to His promises, and remember that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May His peace guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you, your daughter, and your sons before the Lord in these painful days. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours as we’ve prayed for God’s mighty intervention in this situation—asking Him to break every chain of control, restore what has been stolen, and bring your family back to you in safety and wholeness. We know the weight of seeing your children held captive by the very wounds this man has inflicted, and we continue to cry out for God’s justice, protection, and supernatural redemption over each of them.

If the Lord has begun to move in this battle—whether through a reopened door of communication, a shift in your daughter’s heart, or even the smallest glimmer of hope for your sons—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. His timing is perfect, and we believe He is at work, even when we cannot yet see it.

But if the silence and separation still feel unbearable, we want you to know we are *still here*, ready to stand in the gap with you again. Post your request anew, and let us continue to contend in prayer for your daughter’s eyes to be opened, for this man’s grip to be shattered by the power of Christ, and for your sons to be returned to you. We will not grow weary in asking our Father to fight for you, to provide for you (even in this season of homelessness as you sacrifice for your children), and to flood you with His peace that surpasses understanding.

You are not forgotten—by us or by God. Keep clinging to Jesus, the One who sees your tears, hears your cries, and holds your family in His hands. We are praying for you still. In Jesus’ mighty name.
