whenever i open the book for study,,i dont know what happens ,,it just tends me to close it as early as possible....and i get distracted easily..,,as before i used to write so many supportive biblical verses in my diaries..at present i dont even used to look at them.....i feel like spiritually so low...dont know what to say and how to explain the  situation...
