I am Timana please help me to prayer for my self I am finding it so had to stop an fair i am having with a man i dont like doing it but I always find my self giving in to it i really heart doing it i want to stop I really need help I want to obey God and do the write thing i feel so bad inside

please help me in prayer to God . thank you

Timana, I think you need to really look at what made you have the affair and work on that in order to move on with your life...is it loneliness? A lack of emotional intimacy with your husband? Praying for you and thinking of you...

Hi Timana, I think you are already decided what you want and what you dont want, and that is already a big step. I suggest you try this:

1. Tell the man with whom you`re having the affair that you need some time to think and ask him not to call you for the next week.

2. Write on a paper what is (are) the problem (s) of your marriage that you are most worried about.

3. Think of a calm way of talking to your husband about the thing you need or the problem you identified in the marriage, tell him you really need a solution for that and ask him kindly for helping. Tell him you are thankful for the good things he does for you.

4. Talk to your husband with calm and you will find a solution together.

5. After the conversation with your husband you will feel more connected to him and you will no more feel a need to maintain the affair.

6. When the man you have affair with call you after a week, explain him shortly (on phone)that you believe it is better to finish the affair, ask him for understanding.

7. Try to spend more time with your husband, go for a trip with him, and continue working on the relationship with him.

Lord, please give Timana the strenght she needs to finish the affair and help her find peace in her heart. Please help her and her husband to solve the problems they have and be happy.
