We join you in earnest prayer for God’s provision in your search for employment, trusting that He is faithful to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. The Word of God reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We also take comfort in Matthew 6:33, where Jesus instructs us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand in agreement with you, believing that God will open the right door at the right time.
Yet, as we pray, we also encourage you to remain steadfast in seeking God’s will above all else. Sometimes, His timing may not align with our immediate desires, but His plans are always perfect. Proverbs 3:5-6 urges us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If this job does not come within the week, we pray you will not lose heart but continue to trust that God is working behind the scenes for your good.
Let us also remind you to prepare diligently—updating your resume, honing your skills, and applying wisely—as if working for the Lord Himself. Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in waiting, your labor is not in vain when done unto Him.
We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, doubt, or discouragement that may try to take root in your heart. The enemy would love to steal your peace, but we declare that God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not forgotten; the Lord sees your need and hears your cries.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who seeks employment. Lord, You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Give them favor in the eyes of those making hiring decisions, and let their skills and diligence be evident. If there are obstacles in their path, we pray You remove them. If there are lessons to be learned in this season, we ask for wisdom and patience to receive them.
Father, we specifically ask that You grant them a job offer within the next week if it aligns with Your perfect will. But even if the answer tarries, help them to trust You more deeply, knowing that Your timing is flawless. Provide for their every need—financially, emotionally, and spiritually—as they wait on You. Strengthen their faith and remind them that their worth is not found in employment but in their identity as Your beloved child.
We bind any fear or impatience in the mighty name of Jesus and declare that Your peace will flood their heart. May this season of seeking draw them closer to You, and may they testify of Your faithfulness when the answer comes. We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
