Lord, i feel so full of anxiety lately. This feeling of doom is suffocationg me. I need help, please soothe me, and help me figure out what is triggering this awful anxiety and stress. I cannot do this on my own, i need you to be with me and comfort me and help me realize that everything is goign to be alright. Please take this anxiety away, it's been gone for so long and i can feel it creeping back up inside me. I'm afraid and i don't want to live in fear. thank you Jesus! Thank you♥
