I Need A Prayer

Hello All,

It's going to be five months on February 21 that I have had no mind altering substance (alcohol).

It's been awhile since I posted for a prayer. I have trouble functioning getting things done. I put off things, I have no stamina for anything. I have been depressed since July. Lately I have been isolating my self. I just started taking anti depressant medication and seems to help but I feel like I am in a bubble. I hate being lonely.

First of all, all Glory to God for 5 mths of sobriety!!! You should be so proud of yourself, this is no easy task to accompilsh.

God, please give William direction and purpose. Allow him to see the beauty in himself and all around him. Please ease his depression and isolation and bring the right people into his life to combat this. Pray that his doctors will know exactly what to do for him. In Jesus' name....Amen.

Lord, I too am in agreement to this prayer for William Lord, Send him a Godly Friend to help him just now. Take away his depression just now Lord, Revive him Lord. I Praise your Name that he has been sober for 5 months! Every minute is new with you Lord. May he Lift his Hands to you Lord, and Call upon you Lord, for with you nothing is impossible.

Father God, all glory, honor and praise to You for giving William the strength to achieve 5 months of sobriety. We humans are weak when it comes to temptation, and I know that this road has been hard, but I thank You for walking each step of it with my brother in Christ. I pray that You will send a new season of life upon William. Grant him new, Christian friends to uplift and support him. Turn his heart, mind and soul from depression by giving him Your unending comfort and peace. May he continue to have the willpower and desire to resist alcohol, and may he has wisdom and discernment to discover Your purpose for his life. In the name of Jesus, please continue to heal him and help him grow. Amen.
