I Need a prayer

Lord, as you lead my brother, William, on this new journey, I pray your hand of protection upon him and everything that comes from going through detox. Give him strength for each day. Give him wisdom and discernment to see what you are teaching him through this process. Give him peace to know he has made a wise decision. Keep your loving arms wrapped around him and stay by his side the whole time he is there. Bring him back to us a changed person, ready to fulfill his destiny in your will. I thank you and praise you immensely for bringing William here in his time of great need. He has made many friends and we stand with him and encourage him as he comes before your throne and seeks your will for his life. To you be the glory, Amen

Hello all, Last night was very bad for me, My girl friend told me to get out of her life over the phone. This hurt. Most of the day I was shaking at 1:30 pm I went to the employee assistance program at work today and cried and poured my emotions out! They got me an emergence appointment with a psychologist and then the next thing I know I am going to a Detox center for 21 days on monday 21 and all communication is closed for this period.

This is not normal Usually to get into a detox center this fast, you got to wait 1 to 2 weeks, Yes I am a alcoholic. Everything is falling into place. The president and founder of employee assistance program and the founder of the the Detox center is paying for it.. this cost allot of money. He says he knows me But I don't, I even talk to him on the phone WOW, His voice gave me reassurance. I'm seeing the work of our lord. I have 2 days to get myself ready for Monday. BUT I am worried that my X-girl friend will do something crazy with the my remain articles still at her place. I pray that from this day until I get out of detox center everything will be okay and also the protection of my well being. I am so scared. in Jesus name Amen

I have not had a drink in 26 days.

I had to go to a detox center on Sept 21 for 7 days then entered a rehab center (this is rough) for 28 days (until October 27th) this weekend (Oct 16th) I have a weekend pass to see how I feel. (Very hard)

And I feel lonely, I don't have too many friends that I can see or call on the phone.

I need to keep my self busy and start to socialize out side of my home. This is hard for me..

My wonderful friends here you all keep me ticking.
