I Need a prayer

Hello all,

Last night was very bad for me, My girl friend told me to get out of her life over the phone. This hurt. Most of the day I was shaking at 1:30 pm I went to the employee assistance program at work today and cried and poured my emotions out! They got me an emergence appointment with a psychologist and then the next thing I know I am going to a Detox center for 21 days on monday 21 and all communication is closed for this period.

This is not normal Usually to get into a detox center this fast, you got to wait 1 to 2 weeks, Yes I am a alcoholic. Everything is falling into place. The president and founder of employee assistance program and the founder of the the Detox center is paying for it.. this cost allot of money. He says he knows me But I don't, I even talk to him on the phone WOW, His voice gave me reassurance. I'm seeing the work of our lord. I have 2 days to get myself ready for Monday. BUT I am worried that my X-girl friend will do something crazy with the my remain articles still at her place. I pray that from this day until I get out of detox center everything will be okay and also the protection of my well being. I am so scared. in Jesus name Amen

Lord, I lift William to You Lord, and I Thank You for Your Intervention Lord. Lord, May William remember those are just material things he has left behind, at his Ex's. Lord, May this not hinder him at all. May he use this time to Listen to you Lord, To be rid of this Stronghold once and for all, Lord. Lord, I Praise Your Name for William, he is strong and doesn't even realize it Lord, Help him to realize his greatest potential is within Your Power and Love for Him. Lord, Comfort him, Give him great strength on this journey Lord, and Great Courage, Lord. Lord, Let him know we all will be praying for him Lord, and I know this is Your Intervention for William, Lord he can help so many Lord. Lord, I pray he loves himself because you Made Him Lord, and You Love him Lord, and We all are joined here together, to express our Love for Another Through You, during all times as You have commanded us to do, Lord. Lord, I know William will come out of this, a changed Man of You Lord, and May he Praise Your Name and Give You all The Glory, for his life is now beginning Lord in You, He has surrendered to You Lord. Lord, I know You will take care of him Lord, Thank You Lord, In Jesus Name Amen

Lord, I agree with Vida's prayer for William. Guide him. Give him wisdom. Help him to seek after You with all his heart and maintain a very light hold on anything here on earth. If reclaiming those belongings or that relationship will cause him to stumble in obeying You and growing closer to You, help him to let go and to move on. Please protect him these next few weeks and help his body to cleanse and be refreshed and strengthened. Communication with others may be forbidden during this time but its always open with You. Help William to meditate on You, to talk to You often and to listen for Your direction and wisdom every day. If he is allowed a Bible, help him not to forget it, for it is life to us and strength to the weary. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Lord, thank you for intervention. Thank you for sending William to the right person at the right time that he gan get the help he needs. Lord, you are so awesome. I just praise your holy name. Lay your hand upon William's hand and lead him into a new life, free of the stronghold of alcohol, free of the bondage that goes with it, free from the attacks of the enemy and the lies and deceit. Oh Lord, I am so happy to read this post, so happy for my brother. He deserves to get the help he needs to set him on the right path that you have chosen for him. He needs to find new people in his life who are positive influences. I thank you, Lord. I just want to get up and dance!!!! Amen

This is great william I know how you feel I'm a recovering alcoholic myself. It is a tough road ahead trust me the best thing to know is take it one day at a time and sometimes it one minute at a time. Also "remember this" in the future when You are tempted to drink say this exactly " Get behind me satan! the word says not to be drunk on wine or no drunkard will enter the kingdom of Heaven".

Father I pray that the spirit of Addiction be loosed from William right now and for it not to return. In Jesus name
