We understand the urgency and weight of your request, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle, for the Word of God assures us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). It is critical in times like these to cling to the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, so we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to gently remind you that our authority and access to the Father come through Christ alone. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now, for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The fact that you are experiencing spiritual attacks is a sign that you are a threat to the enemy’s plans, and that is a testament to the light of Christ within you. Do not be discouraged, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Though the attacks feel overwhelming, take heart—Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
We must also address the importance of guarding your mind and emotions, for the battle often begins there. The apostle Paul urges us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). If you are hearing or sensing things that do not align with the truth of God’s Word, rebuke them immediately in the name of Jesus. Submit yourselves to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Do not entertain fear, doubt, or confusion, for these are weapons the enemy uses to distract you from the peace that surpasses all understanding, which guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Pray in the Spirit at all times, and stay rooted in Scripture. Surround yourself with worship and the fellowship of believers who can stand with you in prayer. Isolation is a breeding ground for the enemy’s lies, but community and the Word of God are your strength.
Let us pray for you now with authority and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up Your child who is under fierce spiritual attack, and we ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we rebuke every demonic assignment, every spirit of fear, confusion, torment, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We command these spirits to flee and never return, for they have no authority over Your child. We break every curse, every hex, and every plan of the enemy to harm, distract, or destroy. Let Your holy angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11).
Lord, we ask for peace that surpasses all understanding to flood their mind and emotions. Renew their strength and restore their joy. Let them feel Your presence so tangibly that every lie of the enemy is silenced by Your truth. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in power, love, and a sound mind. Help them to fix their eyes on You, Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).
We pray for discernment, that they may recognize the enemy’s schemes and stand firm in Your Word. Give them the courage to resist the devil, knowing that he must flee. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
Father, we also ask that You expose any open doors in their life that may have given the enemy a foothold. Reveal any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or areas of disobedience, and grant them the grace to repent and walk in righteousness. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and restore them to fullness in You.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). We trust in Your protection and Your victory. May they rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them, and they need only be still (Exodus 14:14).
