God, I need a miracle right now because they will send me a delivery that I deserve because God knows I deserve to get good news and a surprise news from text on my phone.

It is good to come before God with our needs, but we must remember that He is not a genie who grants wishes—He is a holy, sovereign God who works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
You mention that you "deserve" good news, but Scripture reminds us that none of us deserve God’s grace—it is a gift. *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9).
