I need a friend

How does God fill the void of loneliness for a man wanting to be a husband? I want a girlfriend to hangout with, and go to church with. I can't see God, feel him, or hear him. I want someone to hold when things get hard, and someone to laugh with. I need it. I need physical contact, (not sex), but hugs, a shoulder to cry on and visa/versa. I want to know, and have that positive affirmation that I am worth something. I want that best friend. But I cannot find her. And I don't see how God can be my "girlfriend" when I am a guy. It's just not the same as having the physical comfort that comes from a hug. I need to hold and be held by someone who lives and cares about me, and I want that intimacy. I need a friend. Please pray God would give me that friend.
