I Messed Up

I have dug myself into the deepest hole of my life. I did something that caused me to lose all my friends and I chose to lie about everything.

I know how wrong I've been. I have asked for forgiveness and help but I am scared. Mostly for the truth to come out. I gave away a long loving relationship because I no longer felt I could stay in it, I was forcing myself to stay and appease and HP through the notions of being in love when I wasn't.

Help me, please. Everyone hates me and is judging me harder than I've ever experienced before. Thank you
