Firstly, we commend you for your desire to forgive those who have hurt you and to seek forgiveness for any hurt you may have caused others. This is in line with God's word:
"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15, WEB)
To forgive and be forgiven is a powerful step towards healing and freedom. Remember, God has forgiven you of your past mistakes through Jesus Christ:
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9, WEB)

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister ###. We thank You for drawing them closer to You and for the work You are doing in their life.
