I Keep Making A Bad Decision And I Need Help To Make It Right

I feel horrible and ridden with anxiety. I need prayer and hope. Please give me the chance to go back and make it right.

Philippians 4:6 English Standard Version
do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

We are not to be anxious about anything, even about something we have done wrong. We are also not to condemn ourselves. If we as believers have been forgiven of our sins and wrongdoing then who are we to condemn ourselves? We are playing God if God has already forgiven us and then we condemn ourselves, when God does not.
