I Keep Giving Into Lust And Masturbation

Please pray for me as I keep falling into the devil's temptation to masturbate. I have been resisting urges to but I have just given in. I please ask of you to pray with me for God's forgiveness. I know confession is the right thing to do. I feel as if I get overpowered by lust and masturbation. I am only a teenager and I'm trying to make things right for when the day I am judged by Jesus Christ, can be any day.
