I just lost my father in October ...

I just lost my father in October 29. We burried him on my birthday on the 7th of November. I cant stop thinking about him. I cry everyday and i've lost appetite. I jst wish he can come back even if its for a day. Please help me with prayers. I need help. I miss him so much. Its affecting my marriage
