I Hope This Helps Someone...

God has me in the book of Isaiah right now. And I am enjoying re-reading, listening to, and discovering new insights into Isaiah. The meaning of Isaiah is Jesus Saves. Isaiah dealt with Judgement, Hope, Comfort, and Salvation. My prayer and hope is that all our loved ones will accept the gift of Salvation before they die.

Tobe Bryant is a good example to look at. Reports say Kobe was at church earlier before he died in the helicopter. Regardless of how rich, famous, or educated we are, we don't know when God is coming for us, because we don't know the number of our days. We should live our lives as if God is on His way for us, because He is. Every day we live, we are one day closer to death. We should not live in fear or doom, but celebrate life and live our lives for God’s glory and approval. There is so much joy and happiness living for God. Enjoy living for Jesus.

Going back to Kobe, he was deeply in love with basketball. If we could love God the way Kobe Bryant loved basketball, and then love God even the more…O my goodness!

Life is not a game to be played and then forget what happened at the end. Jesus clearly said. What you sow that you will also reap. Yes, there is a time when we can be a blessing to everyone. The game is on and it will end soon. What will we tell Jesus what we have done with our life here on earth? Would He be happy and joyful of what we did or said on planet earth?
