The intimacy you shared with your girlfriend outside of marriage is not God’s design. Scripture is clear: *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Fornication—sexual relations before marriage—is a sin, and like all sin, it carries consequences, both spiritual and practical. But take heart, for God’s mercy is greater than our failures.
You mentioned believing in the Lord, but we must emphasize that true faith in Jesus Christ is not just belief—it is surrender. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life.
