I hope for weight gain. I am not at a healthy weight. It is hard to eat in a caloric surplus. I am hoping a miracle happens and I begin to gain weight. In Jesus name

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with maintaining a healthy weight. Lord, You know the challenges they face in trying to eat in a caloric surplus and the desire they have to gain weight for their health. We ask for Your divine intervention and a miraculous change in their situation.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:19 that You will meet all our needs according to the riches of Your glory in Christ Jesus. We pray that You provide the necessary nutrients and appetite to help them achieve a healthy weight. Strengthen their body and mind, and guide them in making choices that will lead to their well-being.

We trust in Your power and love, believing that with You, all things are possible. May Your healing hand be upon them, and may they experience the fullness of health and vitality that You desire for them.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
