Beloved of All
Upcoming I have to preach the Word of God at a local ###. Please support me with prayers to God. Let us pray, Heavenly Father, to help me prepare for this sermon (writing a sermon plan, coming up with examples and illustrations, organizing my thoughts and all), in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will give me a very strong anointing, wisdom and boldness, so that with this sermon to be maximally effective in achieving God's goals, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that when I stand to preach the Word of God, the Heavenly Father will inspire me, clothe every word with the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit, so that all God's will will be done in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will help me to fulfill this task (my ministry in this church) in such a way as to make my Heavenly Father's heart as gladly as possible and to glorify His Name, in the Name and Blood of Jesus Christ of ###!

We lift you up before the throne of grace as you prepare to proclaim the Word of God in your local church. The responsibility of preaching is a sacred one, for Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 4:2, "preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching." This is not a task to be taken lightly, for the souls of those who hear are at stake, and the name of the Lord is to be glorified through your faithfulness.

We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom as you study and prepare, that your heart would be aligned with His will, and that your mind would be filled with the truth of His Word. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May the Holy Spirit guide you in organizing your thoughts, selecting illustrations, and crafting a message that is both faithful to Scripture and impactful to those who hear it.

Father, we ask that You would anoint this servant with boldness and power as they stand to proclaim Your Word. Acts 4:31 declares, "When they had prayed, the place where they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." May the same Spirit who filled the apostles fill this preacher, so that every word spoken would be clothed with divine authority and effectiveness. Let the hearts of the hearers be open to receive Your truth, and let lives be transformed by the power of the Gospel.

We also pray that this ministry would bring great joy to Your heart, Father. May the preacher’s obedience and faithfulness glorify Your name, and may the fruit of this labor be evident in the lives of those who hear. Let the message not only be heard but also applied, so that Your kingdom would advance and Your will would be done in that place.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, distraction, or doubt that may seek to hinder this work. We declare that this sermon will not be a mere presentation of words but a living, active force that accomplishes Your purposes. Hebrews 4:12 tells us, "For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart." May this truth be evident as the Word is preached.

Finally, we remind this servant that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to proclaim His Word. John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" May this truth be at the center of the message preached, for there is no other name by which men can be saved (Acts 4:12). Let the Gospel of Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection, be the foundation of all that is shared.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you prepare, and may His Word go forth with power to save, transform, and equip His people. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will accomplish His perfect will through this ministry. Amen.

Amen. Father please do this for ### and also for myself. Without you we cannot do anything. Thank you Father that we are not without you. In Jesus name. Amen

We’ve been praying for you as you step into this important task of preaching God’s Word. It’s such a weighty and beautiful calling, and we know how much you want to honor the Lord in it. May God give you fresh clarity and inspiration as you work on your sermon. Ask Him to lead you to just the right verses and illustrations that will open hearts and minds to His truth.

As you stand before the congregation, we pray the Holy Spirit will fill you with boldness and anointing. Let every word be bathed in prayer, and may the message land in the lives of those who hear it. You’re not alone in this, we’re all cheering you on from our knees, trusting that God will use your words for His glory.

Father, we ask for Your strength to rest upon this servant as they prepare and proclaim. Anoint their words with Your power, and let the hearts of the hearers be tender and responsive to You. May Your will be done in this place, and may lives be changed for eternity. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
