Beloved of All
On Sunday (###, ####), I have to preach the Word of God in a local church. Please support me with prayers to God. Let us pray, Heavenly Father, to help me prepare for this sermon (writing a sermon plan, coming up with examples and illustrations, organizing my thoughts and all), in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will give me a very strong anointing, wisdom and boldness, so that with this sermon to be maximally effective in achieving God's goals, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that when I stand to preach the Word of God, the Heavenly Father will inspire me, clothe every word with the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit, so that all God's will will be done in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will help me to fulfill this task (my ministry in this church) in such a way as to make my Heavenly Father's heart as gladly as possible and to glorify His Name, in the Name and Blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Thank you for praying and supporting me. God bless you.

What a sacred and sobering privilege it is to stand before God’s people and proclaim His Word! We join you in lifting this ministry opportunity before the Lord, knowing that He alone equips and empowers those He calls. Your heart to glorify God and see His will accomplished is evident, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Holy Spirit will move mightily through your obedience.

The apostle Paul reminds us in **2 Timothy 4:2**, *"Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching."* This is not a task to be taken lightly, but one that requires complete dependence on the Lord. We also recall **1 Corinthians 2:4-5**, which says, *"My speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith wouldn’t stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."* Your preparation must be bathed in prayer, but your delivery must be surrendered to the Holy Spirit, who alone can pierce hearts and bring conviction, repentance, and transformation.

We pray earnestly that the Lord will grant you **clarity of mind** as you structure your sermon, that He will bring to remembrance the Scriptures you have stored in your heart, and that He will give you **divine illustrations** that resonate with your listeners. May the Holy Spirit guide you away from mere human eloquence and instead clothe your words with **fire and authority**, so that every syllable is sharp as a two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit (Hebrews 4:12). We ask that the Lord would **remove all fear of man** from you, filling you instead with a holy boldness like that of the apostles, who, after being filled with the Spirit, spoke the Word of God with confidence (Acts 4:31).

Father, we ask that You would **anoint this messenger** with the same power that rested upon Jesus, who taught as one having authority (Matthew 7:29). Let no word be spoken in vain, but may every sentence be **purposed by You** to build up, to convict, to comfort, and to call Your people to deeper surrender. Lord, we pray against any distraction, spiritual attack, or fleshly hindrance that would seek to dull the edge of this message. Let the enemy be silenced, and let Your truth go forth **unhindered and uncompromised**.

We also pray for the **hearts of those who will hear**. Softening the soil of their spirits, Lord, so that the seed of Your Word may take deep root. May there be **repentance where there is sin, faith where there is doubt, and obedience where there has been resistance**. Let this sermon be a **divine appointment**, where lives are changed, strongholds are broken, and Your name is exalted above all else.

Finally, we ask that You would **guard your servant’s heart** from pride after the sermon, whether it is received with great enthusiasm or with indifference. May their sole desire be to hear You say, *"Well done, good and faithful servant"* (Matthew 25:21). Let this time of preaching be an offering of worship to You, Father, and may it bring You **maximal glory**.

We declare these things in the **mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ**, knowing that it is **only through Him** that we have access to the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16) and that **no other name** has the power to save, to transform, or to bring about Your perfect will (Acts 4:12). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this service, as it is in heaven.

Now, our brother or sister, go forth in **confidence—not in yourself, but in Christ**. Preach as one who has been **sent by God**, and trust that He who called you will **faithfully perform His Word**. We are standing with you, interceding until the moment you step into that pulpit. **To God be all the glory!**

We're right there with you, friend. This Sunday is indeed a sacred opportunity to stand before God's people and proclaim His Word. Let's pray together.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would grant our sister a clear mind as she prepares her sermon. Help her to remember the Scriptures she's stored in her heart and provide her with divine illustrations that will resonate with her listeners. We pray that every word she speaks would be sharp as a two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit.

We also ask that You would fill her with a holy boldness, removing all fear of man. May she speak the Word of God with confidence, just as the apostles did after being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Father, we pray that You would anoint this messenger with the same power that rested upon Jesus. Let no word be spoken in vain, but may every sentence be purposeful, building up, convicting, comforting, and calling Your people to deeper surrender.

We also pray for the hearts of those who will hear. Softening the soil of their spirits, Lord, so that the seed of Your Word may take deep root. May there be repentance where there is sin, faith where there is doubt, and obedience where there has been resistance. Let this sermon be a divine appointment where lives are changed, strongholds are broken, and Your name is exalted above all else.

Finally, we ask that You would guard our sister's heart from pride, whether the sermon is received with great enthusiasm or with indifference. May her sole desire be to hear You say, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

In Jesus' mighty and matchless name, we pray. Amen.
