We hear the deep cry of your heart, the weariness of fighting alone, and the longing for hope to break through the heaviness. You are not forgotten, and your struggles are seen by the One who holds all things in His hands. First, let us address the foundation, your relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and He alone can bring true peace and restoration.

Your words reveal a battle against negativity, loneliness, and the schemes of the enemy. We rebuke every assignment of darkness against you in the name of Jesus. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every plan of the enemy to keep you isolated, discouraged, and without provision is broken now. You are not forgotten, and you are not without worth. God has plans for you, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We must also address the areas where the enemy has gained footholds in your life. The language of bitterness and anger toward the enemy, while understandable, can give him a place in your heart (Ephesians 4:26-27). Instead, we encourage you to release these burdens to Jesus, who has already defeated Satan on the cross (Colossians 2:15). Forgive those who have wronged you, as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13), and ask God to fill you with His peace.

Your longing for companionship, a home, and the ability to care for pets is not wrong, God placed these desires in your heart. However, we must remind you that relationships, including marriage, are to be pursued in a way that honors God. If you are seeking a "boo" or a spouse, we encourage you to seek someone who shares your faith in Christ, as Scripture warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and it is meant to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Pray for a godly spouse who will walk with you in faith, encourage you, and honor the Lord in all things.

We also lift up your financial struggles and the desire for stability. God is your provider, and He knows your needs (Matthew 6:31-33). Trust in Him to open doors for employment, a home, and the means to care for pets. However, we must caution against relying on material things or even pets for fulfillment. True joy comes from Christ alone (Philippians 4:19). If God has placed a desire in your heart for animals, trust that He will provide the means to care for them in His timing.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their heart to You. Lord, You see their struggles, their loneliness, and their longing for hope. We ask that You would break every chain of negativity, discouragement, and isolation in their life. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against them and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would provide for their every need, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors for employment, a stable home, and the ability to care for pets in a way that honors You. We pray for godly relationships to enter their life, including friendships and a potential spouse who will encourage them in their walk with You. Guard their heart from bitterness and anger, and fill them with Your love and forgiveness.

Father, we ask that You would restore their joy and hope. Let them see Your hand at work in their life, turning what the enemy meant for harm into good (Genesis 50:20). Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for their life. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You alone for their provision and happiness.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). Amen.

You are not alone in this battle. Lean on God, seek His face, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and He will lead you into the abundant life He has promised.

We see how heavy this feels right now, the summer slipping past without the things you hoped for, the loneliness, the weariness of fighting against so much negativity. When someone has been without a home, without a vehicle, without the simple comforts that make a day feel a little lighter, the weight of it can press down hard. We’re sorry you’ve been carrying all that.

What stands out most is how much you’re reaching for something good. You named it, wanting a place to belong, a space where you can have pets and a garden and fresh laundry and someone who actually gets you. That longing for connection and home is real and human and worth honoring. And even in the middle of everything, you showed up here. That’s not nothing. That’s a heart still fighting for hope, even when hope has felt far off.

Right now, the most grounding thing we can offer is simply this: you’re not invisible to Jesus, and you’re not invisible to us. You matter not because of what you have or what you can offer, but because you’re here, a person made in God’s image, reaching out. That’s something no loneliness can erase.

Jesus, we lift up this person in their deep weariness and isolation. You see their need for a safe home, for companionship, for the simple pleasures that make life feel livable. Come near to them tonight, bring steadiness and a sense that they are not alone. Give them genuine hope in the waiting. And we ask boldly for a place to call their own, for connections that bring life, and for peace that holds even when answers are still unfolding. Give them courage to take the next honest step, however small it feels. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have poured out your soul in a torrent of words, and I perceive in them a heart breaking with disappointment, a spirit crushed under the weight of loneliness and lack. You speak of having nothing to offer, of missed summers, of no home, no companion, and the cruel whisper of the enemy that all is stolen. I would not brush past your grief, no, it is real and it is bitter. But I must tell you plainly, the very emptiness you feel may be the door through which the only true and lasting hope can enter. For the soul that boasts of its riches and strength rarely seeks the Saviour, but the one who cries, "I have nothing to offer," is precisely the sort of sinner Jesus came to save. Is that not a glimmer of hope? When you are brought to the end of yourself, there, in the pit with no water, is where the blood of the covenant sets prisoners free.

You have listed many longings: a home, a garden, pets, a partner, a vehicle. These are common comforts, yet I fear you have set them up as the sum of your hope, and when they are withheld, your soul sinks into despair. This is what my text would call a hope which is no hope, a wearying pursuit after things that cannot bear the weight of an immortal spirit. Even if you gained them all tomorrow, they would leave you thirsty again. But there is a hope laid up for you in the gospel, a hope that does not make ashamed, because it is founded upon the finished work of Christ. He is the true stronghold for prisoners of hope. You have been fighting negativity and cursing the adversary, but the victory you need was won at the cross. Turn your gaze away from the things you lack and look to Jesus, who though He was rich, yet for your sakes became poor, that you through His poverty might be made rich.

I do not speak lightly of your pain. The desire for a companion, for a kitten to love, for a place to call your own, these are not evil in themselves. But they must be sought in their proper order and with a submissive heart. Begin at home, yes, but begin with your own soul. Has your first and great cry been for mercy? Have you laid hold of Christ as your chief treasure? The promise is sure: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." I cannot promise you a puppy or a boo, but I can declare on the authority of Scripture that if you trust Christ, you shall never be alone, for He will never leave you nor forsake you. And in His time, He may grant you earthly blessings too, but they will come as gifts from His hand, not as idols for your heart.

Do you see that your present distress can be a door of hope? It has brought you to cry out, to acknowledge your poverty. That is the Valley of Achor, and there the Lord gives vineyards. Let memory become the handmaid of hope: recall if ever you have tasted of the Lord’s grace. If He has shone upon you once, He is yours forever. If not, then now is the accepted time. Come, with all your brokenness, your anger, your weariness, and lay it at the foot of the cross. Christ’s blood cleanses from all sin, and His resurrection power can lift you from this pit. Do not say there is no hope; rather, say with the prophet, “Therefore will I hope in Him.”

I leave you with this: you are not forgotten. The Shepherd seeks the lost sheep, and He knows the desolate places where you wander. Cry to Him. Wait upon Him. And soon, perhaps, you shall find that the summer of His love lasts all year long, and the home He prepares for His own is eternal in the heavens.

The storm is great, and the waves are high, and you cry out that you have nothing, not even the smallest comfort, and that the enemy has stolen everything. I hear this affliction. But consider: when our Lord went up into the mountain apart to pray, He was there alone, and the ship was tossed in the midst of the sea. He did not remove the storm; He walked upon it. Your loneliness, your lack of these earthly things, this is the wilderness where God meets the soul. Do not despise the quiet that is forced upon you, for the wilderness is the mother of quiet. It is a harbor, delivering us from turmoils. When you have no home, no vehicle, no companion, you have a place set apart for prayer, if you will take it.

You rage against the enemy, and he is cruel indeed. But the evil one did not steal your inheritance; he only tests whether you will cling to the creature more than the Creator. You speak of summer passing with no joy, no jet skis, no beach. This life is a dream, and all its pleasures are like the riches a man gathers in his sleep. When the day comes, he finds his hands empty. To demand these things and to be angry when they are withheld, this is to make provision for the flesh, to kindle the flame of desire until it becomes a furnace. The Apostle does not forbid us to take care of the body, but he forbids doing so to fulfill its lusts. Seek health; do not seek wantonness. The summer that is past is not your life. Your life is hidden with Christ.

You cry out that you have nothing to offer. Here is your great gift, if you will see it. Blessed are the poor in spirit. The humble, the contrite, those who tremble at His word, these He looks upon. When you say you have no one and nothing, you stand exactly where the sacrifice can be made: a contrite and broken heart God will not despise. Do not despise it yourself. This poverty is not your curse; it is your school. The teacher’s lowliness of mind is what subdued the Apostle; he counted himself unworthy to speak a word. So must you. Accept that you are retired, as you say, and take that retirement not as defeat but as the quiet where God speaks.

You ask for a kitten, a puppy, a "boo" who understands you, a garden, a home. These longings for good things are not evil in themselves, but they have become a torment because you seek them with such fury. Let the kitten go; pray rather that it find a home, and free your heart from that cage of anxiety. If he said no, submit to Providence, and do not let the enemy use a small no to steal your peace. For what is a kitten, what is any pet, compared to the peace of Christ ruling in your heart? The same with a partner: you seek someone like you, with a heart for animals, who uplifts you. But seek first the lowliness that trembles at God’s words, and then, if it be His will, these other things may be added. Not to make provision for the flesh, but for health, for companionship in the Lord.

Use what you have received. You got your unstoppables for laundry, and you saw that small mercy. Give thanks deeply for that fresh, clean scent. It is a sign. He who gives the smaller gift will not fail to give the greater, if it be truly good for you. But your inheritance from the Lord is not a house, a vehicle, or a second job. Your inheritance is Christ Himself, and the meekness and long-suffering He gives by His Spirit. With all lowliness, with meekness and long-suffering, bear this season. Even in good deeds be lowly. Do not be quick and irritable, for anger ruins all, as you have seen it ruin your peace.

You are weighed down beyond your power, as the Apostle was in Asia. But that was so he would learn to trust not in himself but in God who raises the dead. So it is with you. The enemy says you have nothing, but you have the Blood of Jesus, which you invoked. That Blood has already won the victory. The assignments that torment you end not when circumstances change but when your soul, broken and contrite, rests in the Deliverer. Take back your area not by fighting for pets and gardens, but by kneeling in that lonely place, like Christ on the mountain, and saying, "Lord, I have nothing; be everything." Then the storm itself becomes the path where Jesus walks toward you.

I hear the ache in your words, the frustration of a summer gone by without the joy you longed for, the isolation of feeling you have no one and nothing to offer, the battle against a darkness that seems to steal everything good. I won’t dismiss that. You’re in a hard place, and your cry is reaching past circumstances to the One who can actually change things.

It’s striking that you began with “I have nothing to offer.” Those words are more true than you may realize, and they put you in exactly the position where God loves to work. All through Scripture, when people had nothing, no resources, no hope, no way to fix the story on their own, God made a provision. He didn’t wait for them to get cleaned up or gather enough strength; He stepped into the emptiness. With leprosy, He left room in the law for a miracle, a path of cleansing that had no human explanation. In a starving city, He caused an enemy army to abandon a camp overflowing with food, so that the most desperate could eat and drink and live. When His people were dying from snakebites, He told them to do one simple thing: look at a bronze serpent on a pole, just look, and they would live. No medicine, no works, just His provision meeting them at their point of need.

Your “nothing to offer” is not a dead end. It’s the altar where you stop trying to produce what you lack and instead receive what He gives. The enemy does want to convince you that the emptiness is permanent, that the missed beach trips, the kitten you can’t take home, the loneliness, the lack of transportation and a place to garden, that these are the final word. But Jesus already took the final word on the cross. He is God’s only provision for everything broken in this world, including the sin and the sorrow and the demonic robbery you’ve been experiencing. His blood speaks a better word.

When you say, “Let those assignments end today,” you’re not just venting, you’re making a declaration of war on the lies that have hounded you. God has provision for that, too. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of the one foundational sin: rejecting the provision God has already made in His Son. Every other failure can be forgiven, healed, and restored, but the door turns on whether you will trust Jesus to be enough when you have nothing. And you are doing that. You’re calling on His blood. You’re asking Him to flip what Satan meant for bad into good, and that is exactly what He does.

Now, I want to speak gently to the desires you listed. A home where you can have pets and a garden, a puppy to walk, a “boo” who loves animals and has a heart, a second job and an inheritance, God sees each one. He’s not offended by your wanting good things. He made you for communion, for a place of safety, for fruitfulness from your own plot of ground. Sometimes His provision comes slower than we hope, and sometimes He allows the ache to drive us deeper into dependence on Him before He fills it. But He is not stingy. He gave His own Son; will He not also, with Him, freely give us all things? Right now, in the middle of the disappointment, let your heart settle on the truth that even if you never owned anything, you already possess the inheritance of the Lord. You are a co-heir with Christ. Every spiritual blessing is yours in Him.

As for relationships, bring that loneliness to the One who will never leave you. I’m praying that God will surround you with friends who genuinely show up, and if it’s His will, a godly companion who will walk through life with you in a way that honors Him and strengthens your hand. You don’t need to settle for anything less than His design for love and commitment, and He can absolutely provide someone who uplifts you positively. You are not forgotten.

The kitten that can’t be yours, entrust that small life to the Lord. He knows where each sparrow falls. Ask Him to place that kitten in a safe, loving home, and release the guilt you feel over it. Your lack of resources right now is not a permanent cage for you or for any creature you care about.

Start today by looking fully at Jesus. Receive His finished provision for your forgiveness, your peace, and your future. When the enemy whispers that you have nothing, answer back, “Christ is my everything, and He makes a way where there is no way.” Then watch for the small openings, the “provision hot out of the oven” that He may put in your hands when you least expect it. I am standing with you in prayer that every assignment of darkness ends, and that this very week you taste and see that the Lord is good, even in a wilderness. He is not done with your summer, and He is certainly not done with you.
