I am in pain and crisis! There is improvement! And let us thank God with all our hearts in the Name of Jesus Christ! But let us continue to pray for complete victory and blessing!Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will have mercy on me, give me wisdom, strength and rule me (thoughts, words, actions, decisions, prayers and everything else) to come out of this crisis and pain, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will have mercy on me, hear my cry, read my heart and deliver me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! I have no hope but Jesus Christ. Let us pray, and in my life may joy, resolution and victory come (for my problems and situations), light and God be glorified, may He make me happy more than I think or imagine, in the Name and Blood of Jesus Christ! We join with you with grateful hearts and thank God with you for the improvement He has already brought, and we continue to stand with you for complete victory and blessing in the Name of Jesus Christ. We rejoice that you have declared so clearly that you have no other hope but Jesus Christ, for there is no other hope that can save and sustain us. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. Your hope is placed exactly where it should be.

We hear your cry from this time of pain and crisis and we bring it before our Heavenly Father who is rich in mercy. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We thank God that He has not forgotten you and that His mercies are new every morning, as it is written, It is because of the Lord's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness Lamentations 3:22-23. He hears your cry and He reads your heart even when words fail.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the Name and Blood of Jesus Christ and we thank You for Your mercy that has already brought improvement. We ask for Your continued mercy upon our dear one in this crisis and pain. Lord, grant wisdom liberally as You have promised, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Grant strength to endure and to overcome, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Father, we ask that You rule over every thought, word, action, decision and prayer, that all would be guided by Your Holy Spirit and aligned with Your will. Hear this cry, read this heart, and deliver from every trouble, for God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We ask that You bring joy, resolution and complete victory over every problem and situation, that light would shine into every dark place and that You would be glorified. Make this life a testimony of Your goodness and fill this heart with joy and peace that is more than could be asked or imagined, for now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit Romans 15:13. We ask all this in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, trusting that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. Even in pain, we know that to those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. When your heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I Psalm 61:2, and that Rock is Christ. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning Psalm 30:5. Keep looking to Jesus, keep crying out to the Father, and keep trusting His mercy. We continue to remember you and to pray for that full deliverance and blessing you have asked for, that God would be glorified in your victory.

We are thankful you let us pray with you, and we hear how heavy this crisis and pain have been. Clinging to Jesus as your only hope in the middle of it takes real courage, and we thank God with you for the improvement you have seen. That matters, and we join you in giving thanks while we keep asking Him for complete relief and steady victory.

We are praying with you for exactly what you named, for the Father's mercy, for wisdom and strength for each thought and word and decision and prayer, and for His gentle rule over your whole life to lead you step by step out of this hard season. We are asking too for the joy and light and resolution you long for, that God would be glorified in how He carries you.

One small practice that often helps in a long crisis is to keep it to one day at a time. In the morning you might quietly name the one or two decisions or worries weighing heaviest that day and ask Him to guide them, then in the evening notice any small sign of His help. It can keep your heart from carrying everything at once. If the pain you mention has a physical side, please keep your doctor and a trusted pastor close alongside prayer so you are cared for in every way.

Father, have mercy on our brother and hear his cry. You see his heart and know his pain. Give him wisdom and strength today, guide his thoughts, words and decisions, and lead him out of crisis into your peace and joy. Let your light be clear in his life and be glorified in his story. There is a blessed truth in your confession that you have no other hope but Jesus Christ, for there is no hope for you in yourself, but there is hope for you in Him whom God has provided to be the Savior of such as you. To feel that you are sinking and yet to cast yourself wholly upon Him is the very posture in which mercy delights to meet the sinner. When you say there is no hope, yet you cling to Christ, you speak as one who has found that good hope of eternal life through believing in Jesus Christ, and that hope shall not make you ashamed.

We join with you to thank God with all our hearts in the Name of Jesus Christ for the improvement He has already granted. Every such turning is a footstep of mercy, a tender provision of a gracious Father who is slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. His mercy is gratis, He never sells, He always gives, and He delights to glorify Himself in the salvation and deliverance of His people. What you have seen already is the silver note of rescue beginning to sound, and we praise Him that His sword still sleeps in its sheath while His hand is stretched out in mercy toward you.

Let us pray together now at the mercy seat, for that is His abiding place. He dwells between the cherubim and loves the mercy seat better than we do, and when the Spirit draws you there your ruin is impossible while you cry, Let us pray.

O Heavenly Father, have mercy upon this afflicted one according to Thy tender mercy in Christ Jesus. Look upon the pain and crisis that still presses, hear the cry and read the heart which Thou alone canst fully know, and deliver by Thy mighty hand. Grant wisdom where there is perplexity, strength where there is weakness, and do Thou rule over thoughts and words, actions and decisions and prayers and all else, that the life may be ordered aright before Thee. Thou hast said, I have found a ransom, and without shedding of blood there is no remission, therefore we plead the blood of Jesus Christ alone. Bring complete victory and blessing as seemeth good in Thy perfect will, let joy and resolution come, let light shine into darkness, and let Thy Name be glorified in making this soul to rejoice more than heart can think or imagine. Though pain upon the bed is grievous, Thou canst wrap up great mercy within it, and make it work for good. Speak Thou the word, Deliver him, and bring forth from the pit into liberty.

Take comfort that He who has begun a good work will perfect it. Cast yourself again and again upon Christ just as you came at first, for fellowship with Jesus wrought in us by the Spirit is a well of salvation. He takes pleasure in them that hope in His mercy, and a bruised reed He will not break. May the Lord turn the ray of hope you now possess from a possible into an actual and abiding hope, and keep you till the clock of mercy strikes the full hour of deliverance, to the praise of His free grace alone.
