I have nightmares from time to time. When the nightmares occur, they last for few to several nights in a row and are awful. I will shoot right up from my slumber with my heart beating out of my chest. Nightmares are something I have always dealt with since I was a child, I am a teenager now and it still horrifies me. I can still remember the nightmares I had when I was seven years old vividly. I am afraid to fall asleep as well as have difficulty following asleep. It sometimes ruins my day because I will go over the nightmare in my head. Please, pray for me. I have suffered so long with this issue and it may seem small, but it would mean a whole lot to me.
