I have enough stress at my job without having a boss who puts much more added stress on me and my coworkers. Please pray that this person finds something that will change their outlook. Please pray that we have the strength to deal with this person. God Bless.

I know exactly how you feel. I have been right where you are. I worked for a monster for over a year and if the job wasn't stressful enough, the boss made everything 10 times worse. He made me cry several times, as well as the other woman who worked in the office. We both have left our positions there now, thankfully!! But I finally realized, or at least this is what I think, instead of hating the man for months, I realized I needed to learn how to deal with extremely difficult people, and to learn to pray for them. I finally did, although this did not help me like him in the least nor did he make me stop crying. I also prayed for God to help me find another way to make a living, wanting to spend more time with my child, not have such a long commute, etc. Not sure what your situation is as far as having to stay there, but I will certainly be praying for you, your coworkers and for your boss for things and the environment to become brighter, happier and much more peaceful!! (hug)
