I have been unable to lose weight. I need a miracle for all fat and obesity to be dissolved from my body. I exercise and walk but still I just keep gaining weight. When I was a child I spent many days of starving so I do have a problem trying to go hungry or dieting. Pray for the Lord Jesus Christ to bless me with a miracle weight loss, a skinny, firm, healthy body. I have experienced that to lose weight, we must first "feel it" in our mind, think with goodwill (not guilt or sadness) about our body and happily imagine it fit, try to act reasonably with food, with the idea that everything we eat will be good and not make us fat, we can also pray and bless the food before eating.
