I have been building my house for over

I have been building my house for over 12yrs and still can't finish or occupy it. It has been a struggle. Ever so often the workmen will say they are coming, yet don't show up. I have tried using different workmen but it's the same issue. I am frustrated now. I want a breakthrough with this problem. I haven't praying and trusting God but I need you to join in prayer with me to bind the strongman, to tear down the plots and plans of the devil. I will not waiver my faith. I am trusting God for completion.
