I wish to thank everyone so much for always praying when I post a request.
I have a very long way to go, but your prayers help to inspire & encourage me, and I hope in time that I am fully healed and restored in Jesus's Name xoxox.
I also have an update regarding a very serious & urgent former prayer request that all of you prayed about.
The grandmother & granddaughter who I have been trying to help for 7 years now are getting progressively worse to each other in very abusive emotional & physical ways on a daily basis, and it is very sick & destructive for everyone.
In my humble estimation & that of very wise other observers who counsel me according to the Word of God, including my dear friend Pastor ###, it would be in both of their best interests to go their separate ways completely & not live under the same roof together anymore before something very bad happens & someone winds up in jail or even far worse than that.
The rent subsidy agency that was helping them told Grandma that they are supposed to vacate the premises immediately if not sooner, and I truly believe that this is God's Perfect Will for everyone. They were supposed to have been out of that rental home as of last November 2021 at the very latest, but they all refused to leave & did absolutely nothing responsible or constructive to find better housing for themselves and even defied a state order and federal government agency order to leave the premises all of this time. They were shown such great great beautiful mercy from God Himself but were not cooperative or grateful or appreciative. They simply did not care. This was so upsetting to me to witness.
I ask for prayer now that The Lord opens other doors for places to live for Grandma, her granddaughter, and her uncle all separately for everyone's safety & well-being & that they leave in a civilized manner too because Grandma had told me that she plans to leave everything behind & doesn't care at all if the house is trashed or not to spite these agencies & then they will be forced to hire an expensive clean-out & trash removal service & also make other repairs, which is so sad and so very shameful.
I am now asking that justice is done because such incredible mercy & compassion by God Himself had been given to them against all odds & yet it was not acknowledged and no one even said thank-you to these staff agencies or cooperated. From a legal standpoint, a Sheriff could have been sent last year to put their belongings on the sidewalk.
I can no longer in any good conscience recommend them for a new house rental or help or assist them anymore in any capacity because I do not want my volunteer ministry reputation compromised or my good name maligned because I put yet another landlord and/or many helpful agencies in jeopardy with knowingly destructive and uncaring tenants who just don't care & clearly refuse to do the right thing according to God's Word.
There is a Proverb that says this in The Living Bible Version of the Bible:
THAT A MAN CAN RUIN HIS OWN CHANCES BUT THEN TURN AROUND AND BLAME IT ALL ON THE LORD
I truly feel that applies to this whole situation.
