Your honest message has been heard and I have prayed for you. God sees you fully in this difficult place where you feel trapped and afraid. Nothing about your situation is hidden from Him, and He looks on you with compassion and understanding of your weakness and need.
There is a condition described in Scripture that helps us understand both physical suffering and spiritual need. It begins by taking away feeling in the hands and feet, so a person no longer senses pain or danger. Because nothing is felt, much greater harm can happen without being noticed, and the damage continues quietly. Sin works in a similar way. It dulls the heart and slowly destroys a person, and no human effort can cure it. Only God can bring true cleansing and healing. Jesus showed He is willing to make a person clean, and that willingness is still true today.
Many people focus only on healing for the body, but the deepest need any of us has is healing for the soul. It is far more important to be forgiven and made right with God than to be well in the body alone, because physical healing touches this life while salvation touches eternity. Simply believing that God exists does not save a person. Even the evil spirits believe and tremble. Salvation comes through a personal trust in Jesus Christ alone, receiving His forgiveness for sin and walking closely with Him yourself. No one can live on the faith of family or background. Each person must have his or her own living relationship with Him.
I also hear your question about your relationship and whether you could marry in two years. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant in which one man and one woman become one. The two become one flesh, a deep unity that God Himself joins together. Sex and living together belong within that covenant, not outside it. If you are in a relationship now, the loving and right path is to honor God with purity, honesty, and self control as you seek His will. That includes being fully truthful with the other person about your health, seeking wise medical care and faithful pastoral counsel together, and not moving forward with physical intimacy until you are joined in marriage according to God's design. I cannot ask God to bless any relationship that steps outside His design, but I do pray He will guide you to walk in holiness, wisdom, and love, and to make decisions that protect both of you and honor Him.

Give clear guidance for the relationship and for the future, that every step would be honest, pure, and pleasing to You, and that Your will would be done.
