I have a place picked out to move to ...

I have a place picked out to move to but there is a nicer place (seemingly) that I will see tonight. School starts again for me next week and this place is much nearer to there. I am looking at jobs in this area as well but cannot afford to leave the one in my current location until I secure a new job. Also, my longtime prob with my car coolant system has escalated and I am almost paid off (### to go) and I either need a pricey repair or a new car. I need direction badly about both living arrangements and transportation.
