I have a perpetual stalker who views illegally into my housing, car, and workplaces. I am followed 24/7 as he watched and comments intruding on the privacy of my life and private property. He does this remotely, but frequently will get into the attic space above my room and assault me with infrared radiation. He does nothing more in his life than watch and comment on mine. I want him killed since they will not arrest him because they say there needs to be more evidence or he has been granted immunity to arrest. This has been going on for over 5 years, 24/7, at over 50 locations. He has also broken into my places and raped me while drugged unconscious, stolen from me, accessed financial info, slandered my name for years, gets into any job I get to ruin it as well as housing, and has done many other things. He tried to kill me a couple of weeks ago ordering a driver to throw a 5 inch rock at my front windshield while driving. He is incredibly stupid. I dated him for 2 years, 10 years ago. I have a hard time absorbing how much hatefulness this guy has done to me, suddenly popping up 5 years later and starting all of this. I have asked him to stop, I have prayed against him and his life, I have contacted the police and organizations to no avail. I pray to God something horrific happens to him
