Just continue to pray, and abstain from any temptations that you are able to to avoid. This is a sin I believe most people have committed even if they will not openly acknowledge it. Once you accept something as wrong that is when the healing begins.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I ask that you minister to my teenage friend right now Abba. Lord I ask that you remove any condemnation she may be feeling. Abba I ask also that she bring these thoughts to you Lord. Teach her to take her thoughts captive.

Abba I also ask that if something is causing her to lust, please show her (loneliness, boredom, strong desire to be noticed and loved, etc). Father I pray that she will use this energy in a way that honors you. Father, a sex drive is not something to be ashamed of. Help my sister to realize she doesn't have to beat herself up. Show her the difference between a normal desire for sex someday versus lusting so she doesn't confuse the two. I ask Abba, that you send her some Godly women and refer her to any book, website or resource that can help her deal with these emotions she is experiencing. Father I ask this in Jesus name, amen.

You are not a failure sweetie.
