I Feel Useless

I am trying my best to resolve customer's issue or concern whenever they call about their reservations.

But I feel not good enough. Although I have resolve their issue, They would still say NO to me.

I felt like Im doing nothing with the team but just headache having the team score that was so low.

It's like Im useless. I almost pray each day to God to change my score at work. Im still positive up until the end of this month. Because my score is really LOW. to the point that my score is 75% NO.

Oh Lord please hear me. Dont let me down. Im still hoping and praying till the end of this month that

You;l make a big miracle into my score. I cant afford to have a NO again.\

Please forgive me for I have sin. Please help me Lord.
