I Feel Useless

I am trying my best to resolve customer's issue or concern whenever they call about their reservations.

But I feel not good enough. Although I have resolved their issue, they would still say NO to me.

I felt like I'm doing nothing with the team but just a headache having the team score that was so low.

It's like I'm useless. I almost pray each day to God to change my score at work. I'm still positive up until the end of this month. Because my score is really LOW. to the point that my score is 75% NO.

Oh Lord please hear me. Don't let me down. I'm still hoping and praying till the end of this month that

You will make a big miracle into my score. I can't afford to have a NO again.

Please forgive me for I have sinned. Please help me Lord.
