I feel stuck reading my contract (apartment given to me)

I feel stuck in reading the contract which my parents have made to give me an apartment.
I want to know if everything is alright in that contract because I don't want that somebody show up in a couple of years and ask for their legal part of my apartment.
My brother or his half ex-wife, because they are unpredictable and his ex-wife is greedy.
I am really not into legal and economic stuff and I need help in that.
But I don't have it.
My mother is a really difficult person and my father is at the end of his nerves, being incredibly harsh to me, with an unforgiving heart (being exhausted and manipulated by my mother)
I don't know what to do.
To just leave it like it is or to read through.
But my mother doesn't want to help me, but puts blockages in our communication and she understands a lot of stuff in that area.
Putting guilt on me, humiliating me, manipulating me, it's horrible.
Lord, help!!

Lord, soften their hearts and save them, in Jesus' name. Jesus come into their hearts, amen.
I never had rest in my family because of that Jezebel spirit that was torturing us since my childhood.

And God please bless each of us to always walk in the integrity, love, character, and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory.
