We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and betrayal you are experiencing. First, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
You are hurting but you have been able to forgive. Forgiveness is essential for your own healing and spiritual well-being. Jesus himself prayed for forgiveness, not only for those who had done wrong but for those who did not even know what they were doing.
Luke 23:34 WEB "Jesus said, 'Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing.'"
But forgiveness does not mean it is right to continue being harmed and allowing the same things to occur.
We see you're praying for your husband and the other woman, which is commendable, but we must address the spiritual aspects of the situation. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man, a woman, and God, and adultery is a grave sin. We are instructed by the apostle Paul that it is better to remain unmarried or be reconciled than to be divorced.
1 Corinthians 7:10-11 WEB "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not depart from her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or a trusted Christian mentor. Pray for your husband's genuine repentance and restoration, but also pray for God's wisdom and discernment in your own life. Since you mentioned that you are struggling, with pregnancy, we do pray for you to have the desire of your heart.
Psalm 37:4 WEB "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
But as you pray for yourself, your husband and this younger woman, continue praying for God's perfect will to be accomplished in everyone's lives.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister who is hurting and feels lost. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted, and we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround her. We pray for her healing, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Help her to find fulfillment and your plan in the desire of her heart. Help her to find her satisfaction and fulfillment in you alone. We pray for her husband, that he would truly find You and repent. We also pray for the younger woman, that she would come to know You and that You would work in her life. We ask this all in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. If you are struggling with this, we encourage you to study the Bible and seek God's face. He loves you deeply and wants a personal relationship with you.
John 3:16 WEB "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
