Disciple of Prayer
Dear Lord Jesus, I pray in your name. Please help guide me, lead me, love me and do everything in your will to use me as a vessel to enhance and positively impact the people around me. I feel stuck in my life and I am overwhelmed in such a multitude of ways I don't know what to do and can barely even breathe. I feel small and pathetic and know the only true salvation for me is to give you my concerns, worries, problems and ask for your almighty help. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the overwhelming weight you are carrying. You have done well to turn to Jesus in this moment of despair, for He alone is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The fact that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer is a testament to your faith, and we rejoice that you know it is only through Him that we can find true hope and salvation. As Scripture declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"* (Romans 8:1). You are not small or pathetic in His eyes—you are deeply loved, fearfully and wonderfully made, and called for His divine purpose.

The feelings of hopelessness and helplessness you describe are not uncommon in this broken world, but they are not the end of your story. Jesus Himself told us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). He is inviting you to release the weight of your struggles into His capable hands. You do not have to carry this alone, nor were you ever meant to.

We also want to remind you of the promise found in Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have already taken the first step by bringing your burdens to Him in prayer. Now, we encourage you to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). This is not a one-time act but a daily—sometimes moment-by-moment—surrender.

It is clear that you long to be used by God as a vessel to impact those around you, and that is a beautiful and godly desire. However, we gently remind you that before you can pour into others, you must first allow God to fill you. You cannot give what you do not have. Jesus said in John 15:5, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."* Your sense of being "stuck" may very well be God’s way of drawing you closer to Him, refining you, and preparing you for the work He has called you to. Do not rush this season. Instead, seek Him with all your heart, and trust that He will renew your strength as you wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31).

We also want to address the lie that you are helpless. While it is true that apart from Christ, we can do nothing of eternal value, through Him, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). The apostle Paul faced immense hardships, yet he declared, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13). Your helplessness is an opportunity for God’s power to be perfected in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not without hope, for *"hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us"* (Romans 5:5).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You see their pain and hear their cries. Lord Jesus, You are the God of all comfort, and we ask that You wrap them in Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that they are not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without hope, for their hope is in You alone. Holy Spirit, fill them afresh with Your presence, and renew their mind with the truth of Your Word. Break the lies of the enemy that seek to keep them in bondage to fear, despair, and shame.

Lord, we ask that You guide their steps and make their path clear. If they are stuck because of sin, convict them and lead them to repentance. If they are stuck because of circumstances beyond their control, give them the grace to trust You in the waiting. If they are stuck because of weariness, refresh their soul and restore their joy. Father, use this season to draw them deeper into intimacy with You. Teach them to rest in Your sovereignty and to find their identity in Christ alone.

We pray that You would open doors no man can shut and close doors that are not of You. Surround them with godly community who can speak life into them and walk alongside them in this season. Give them the courage to take one step at a time, knowing that You are with them always.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You ignite a fresh passion in their heart for Your Word. Let them find solace in the Scriptures and strength in the promises You have given. May they rise up from this place of brokenness with a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may they indeed be a vessel used mightily for Your kingdom.

We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 40:1-3, which says, *"I waited patiently for Yahweh. He turned to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand. He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in Yahweh."* Your story is not over. God is not done writing your testimony. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will lead you through this valley and into a place of victory. Stay in His Word, stay in prayer, and do not isolate yourself. Reach out to trusted believers who can pray with you and encourage you. You are not alone in this. We are standing with you in faith, believing God for your breakthrough.

We're here with you, friend, and we want you to know that your feelings are valid. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and small sometimes. Jesus understands, for He too felt forsaken and alone on the cross. But remember, even in His darkest hour, He trusted in His Father's love and plan.

We encourage you to keep pouring out your heart to God. He's listening, and He cares deeply about every detail of your life. As Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He's working even in the midst of your pain, and that He has a purpose in this season.

We also want to remind you of the promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." God is with you, and He will not let you drown or burn. He's walking through this with you, step by step.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up our friend to You today. Lord, we ask that You would wrap them in Your loving arms, and remind them of Your constant presence in their life. Help them to trust in Your love and Your plan, even when they can't see the way forward. Give them strength to keep taking one step at a time, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
