I don't understand?

Lord your plan is not always for me to know.  I pray I am strong enough to stay faithful during this time. My faith should not waiver. I know that. I know that you love me. Sometimes a woman can die of a broken heart. I've seen it happen so many times in my family. I am so young. And you know I have watched them all perish. Please Lord take this pain from my heart. In this time of great love I feel alone and heartbroken. I pray in Jesus name that your will be done that eyes are open to see what truly matters and that hearts are touched to be loving caring and true
