I don't understand

Our cars are broken down, I just lost our deep freeze with food in it, my son is failing out of high school and in the gifted program and my daughter just gets worse with her illness and doesn't

socialize with any of her friends. My friends are becoming distant because they have their own lives and dealing with their own situations. When does it end, Lord? When do we get to just find peace in our lives. It says you turn our tragedy into triumphs, that you never give us more than we can handle. My  cup is running over. Please take it from my hands.
