I don't like "surprises." I don't mean a good surprise, like finding out I'm eligible to get $###,###,###.. I mean surprises that throw me off my progress, obstacles if you will. I like doing things according to plan, at my own pace, with organization. not nonsensical chaos, which this world has devolved into. Unacceptable.
