I did something foolish

I am currently going through a spell of depression and I am feeling guilty and anxious about some of the foolish things I have done in the past, which are always a result of my depression. I have been thinking a lot about one incident from years ago now. I am concerned I gave somebody some bad advice. No ill ever came of it and I'd like some prayers that no ill ever will.
