I did my blood test today for pregnancy but it came

I did my blood test today for pregnancy but it came out negative. I was praying to God to bless me with a baby. But he didn't listen. I wish some miracles to happen. I trust Almighty Father n have full faith in him. Today I am broken completely broken. No words. God is punishing me for my sins
