I continue to ask please Almighty Lord, I ask that you provide your hands of healing on me once again. I have been so overworked and overstressed lately. And it seems that my body is wearing down and exhaustion has manifested in a number of ways. I please ask for you to heal me inside and out. I carry so many scars from my struggles over the years. Some are fading and others still linger on. Please repair the inner and outer signs of damage and make things anew so I can once again fully function. Lord, all thelse things I ask for and more in your incredible name. Amen.

Teach me how and make me take excellent care of myself for the glory of God. Bless me to live a full abundant life in Christ Jesus.
