I command my whole metabolism to be a lot, a lot faster in every way now, always in Jesus' name. I command my stomach to be pure, pure flat toned tight in every way now, always. I command my weight to be 8 stone, my desired weight now, right now, without any delay in Jesus' name. Please, please Lord, do these things for me now, please in Jesus' names.
