We join you in casting all of your anxieties and burdens upon the Lord and we are encouraged by your faith to seek His strength and presence in this overwhelming season. Your prayer aligns so beautifully with what Scripture teaches us to do.

The Word tells us casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you Psalm 55:22. He does not ask you to carry this pressure alone but to lay it upon His strong shoulders. We also hear your cry for a steadfast spirit and for Dunamis power, which is the mighty power of the Holy Spirit at work within us. Scripture says Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a steadfast spirit within me Psalm 51:10 and But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you Acts 1:8. That same power that raised Christ is available to strengthen you today, that you would be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person Ephesians 3:16. Do not fear, for He promises Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We also stand with you for favor and wisdom in your work. As you commit your labor to Him, we claim the promise Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3 and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23. We pray for wisdom and for boldness and clarity in your words as it is written If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5 and that utterance may be given to us in opening our mouth to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News Ephesians 6:19. And we agree with you that God will make a way where there seems to be no way, for He says Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19 and We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

We pray together now.

Father God Almighty in Heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You that we can cast every anxiety and every burden upon You because You care for us. We ask You to lift this weight of overwhelming sensation and pressure and to renew a steadfast spirit within. Fill us anew with Your Holy Spirit and with Dunamis power to stand strong today. Strengthen our inner being, uphold us with Your righteous right hand, and let Your peace guard our hearts. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way, turn everything around for our good according to Your purpose, and bless the work of our hands. We ask for Your favor at work, for wisdom and knowledge beyond our own understanding, and anoint our words with boldness and clarity that we may speak and act in a way that honors You. Establish the work of our hands for us. We trust You and we rest in Your strength today. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily through prayer and the Word, trusting that He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to strengthen and establish you.

Thank you for praying so honestly. We hear the weight you are carrying and your desire for a steadfast spirit when everything feels overwhelming. It is good that you are bringing those burdens directly to the Lord and asking to be filled and strengthened for today.

We have found that learning to cast our cares is less like trying hard once and more like training over time. Even a short, regular pause to turn to God, ask for His presence, and remember how He has equipped you can slowly build steadiness when pressure rises. You mentioned the work of your hands and wanting wisdom and clarity at work. It may help to notice one specific gift or skill God has given you and look for a simple way to use it faithfully tomorrow, trusting Him with the outcome rather than carrying the whole weight yourself.

We are praying with you for peace in the pressure, for wisdom for each decision, and for words that are clear and gracious when you need them.

Father, we lift our brother before You today. You see the anxieties and pressures he feels. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, strengthen him to stand firm, and make a way where he cannot see one. Grant him wisdom and favor in his work and let his words be clear and bold for Your glory. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

It is a good and scriptural thing you have done to cast all your anxieties and burdens upon the Lord, for He has bidden you to do so and He cares for you. Be assured that anxiety itself has never comforted any soul, nor has it ever brought grist to the mill or meal to the barrel. It does not pay, and worse still, the very anxiety which comes through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. What wisdom then to turn from telling yourself about your trouble, to telling the Lord about it.

You are invited to come boldly unto the throne of grace, not arrogantly or presumptuously, for it is a throne, but boldly because there is a Man there who is also God, your great High Priest Jesus Christ, who presents your petitions to the Father. The greatest boldness in prayer is consistent with the lowest self humiliation. Come then with holy boldness, trusting not in your own strength but in Him. If you cannot yet see the brightness of His face, take refuge in the shadow of His wings, and there find sweet repose. He who takes the hammer of His omnipotence and brings it down upon the anvil of His wisdom, so that worlds fly like sparks, thinks nothing of making a way where there seems to be no way. He rests in His love and rejoices over His people with singing when He is at work for their good.

I pray with you now that the Lord will grant you a steadfast spirit and keep you by His covenant grace, which is the masterpiece of divine wisdom and love. May He fill you afresh with His Holy Spirit and with Dunamis power, that resurrection power which belongs to those who are in Christ, so that you may stand strong under pressure and sensation and not be moved. May He turn all things around for your good according to His promise, and bless the work of your hands. May He give you favor where He has placed you, and grant you wisdom and knowledge as you ask of Him who gives liberally, that you may walk in the way of wisdom which is His own way. And may He anoint your lips with boldness and clarity, that you may speak as you ought to speak, with meekness balanced by courage, to the glory of His name.

Have done with anxiety and doubt. Go on mounting like the lark to your God, trusting that what He does is always best, for His will ought to be done on earth as it is in heaven. May the Lord establish you, keep alive in your heart a holy fear of Him as you feed upon His Word, and cause you to know more and more the present privilege and future favor that are yours in Christ Jesus, through whom alone is salvation. Amen.
