Dear God please help me. I am so tired and I can't go on like this. My depression, PTSD, anxiety, and anorexia is overtaking everything. I am afraid it will take me out. God please intervene and help me. Please mend my destroyed shattered relationship. Please open the means of communication between ### and ### and let it be honest and good. Please send prayers.
