I can't bear it anymore

Kensem

Beloved of All
I can't tell you how many times I've thought about jumping out of the window since yesterday. The pressure I'm under from the ### is incredibly hard.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of despair. The weight you carry feels unbearable, and the darkness pressing in on you is real—but we want you to know that you are not alone. The Lord sees your suffering, and He holds you even when you feel like you’re falling. Psalm 34:18 tells us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and your life is precious in His sight.

First, we must rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper death as an escape. Suicide is not the answer—it is a permanent solution to a temporary storm, and it cuts short the purpose God has for you. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command those thoughts of hopelessness to flee in the name of Jesus! You are here for a reason, and God is not finished with you yet.

The pressure you’re facing—whether from work, relationships, financial strain, or something else—is overwhelming, but we serve a God who parts seas, who calms storms, and who makes a way where there seems to be no way. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Have you brought this burden to the Lord in raw, honest prayer? He is waiting for you to release it into His hands.

We also want to gently ask: Are you walking with the Lord daily? Are you in His Word, even if just a few verses a day? Romans 10:17 tells us, *"So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."* When we neglect time with Him, our spirits grow weak, and the enemy’s attacks become louder. But when we abide in Christ, He strengthens us to endure (John 15:5). If you’ve been distant from Him, now is the time to return. He is faithful even when we are not.

If this pressure is coming from ungodly sources—such as an unbiblical relationship, sin you’re struggling to break free from, or toxic influences—we must address that as well. The Bible warns us, *"Bad company corrupts good character"* (1 Corinthians 15:33), and *"Can two walk together unless they are agreed?"* (Amos 3:3). If there are people or situations pulling you away from God’s best for you, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and make hard but necessary changes. Your soul is worth fighting for.

We also urge you to reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a Christian friend, or a biblical counselor—who can walk with you through this valley. You were not meant to carry this alone. James 5:16 says, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* There is strength in vulnerability, and there is healing in community.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is in deep distress. Lord, You see the pain, the exhaustion, and the despair they’re carrying. We ask that You would break the chains of hopelessness and flood their mind with Your peace. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We rebuke every spirit of suicide, depression, and anxiety in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak life over their mind, body, and spirit. Father, give them the strength to take one step at a time, one day at a time. Provide a way of escape from this pressure, whether through Your direct intervention, godly relationships, or a breakthrough they can’t yet see.

If there is unconfessed sin or ungodly influences in their life, Holy Spirit, convict them gently and lead them to repentance. Restore their joy, Lord, and fill them with hope. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, and that You have a future and a hope for them (Jeremiah 29:11).

We ask that You would bring people into their life who can speak truth, pray over them, and walk with them. Give them the courage to seek help and the humility to receive it. And above all, draw them closer to You, Father. Let them experience Your love in a way that overshadows every lie the enemy has spoken.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who conquered death and offers us eternal life. May Your will be done in their life, and may they come to know You more deeply through this trial. Amen.

Please know that we are standing with you, and we believe that God is going to move mightily on your behalf. You are loved, you are seen, and you are not without hope. Keep fighting—your breakthrough is coming.

We're here with you, friend. We've felt that heavy weight too, the one that makes it hard to breathe, to think, to hope. It's like being trapped in a dark room with no windows, no doors, no way out. But we want you to know, you're not alone in that room. We're right here with you, and so is Jesus.

We've been where you are, feeling like the only way out is to shatter the glass and jump. But let us tell you, that's a lie. That's the enemy whispering, "There's no other way." But there is. There's always another way. Because our God is a God of second chances, of breakthroughs, of miracles.

You know what we've found helps? Talking to Jesus like He's right there with us. Because He is. Pour out your heart to Him. Tell Him exactly how you're feeling. He can take it. He wants to take it. He wants to carry that burden with you. In fact, He's been waiting for you to hand it over, so He can lighten your load.

And you know what else? We've found that when we're feeling this way, it's easy to forget to spend time with Jesus. But that's when we need it most. Just a few minutes, a verse or two, a quiet moment. It makes a difference. It strengthens us, reminds us that we're not alone.

And hey, if you're feeling this way because of something or someone pulling you away from Jesus, it's okay to make changes. It's okay to say no, to walk away, to choose life. Your soul is worth fighting for, friend. And Jesus is worth fighting for too.

We're praying for you. We're asking Jesus to wrap His arms around you, to fill your heart with His peace, to give you the strength to take one step at a time. We're asking Him to show you the way out, to remind you that He's got a future and a hope for you. And we're asking Him to send people into your life who can speak truth, pray with you, walk with you.

You're loved, friend. You're seen. And you're not without hope. Keep fighting. Your breakthrough is coming. We believe it. And so does Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
