I ask for forgiveness for the sins I have committed. I pray for forgiveness and pray for blessings and beg that God lifts me up. I am a weak human who has made too many mistakes and I need God to help me and bless me. I need direction. I pray that nothing bad happens to me and that God fixes the broken man I am. I'm so sorry for what I have done to hurt others. Please forgive me. Please guide me and help me.

Father God, please help and forgive this man of his sins. Please instill in his heart that if you ask with your heart and believe that Jesus Christ lives and that he has the power to heal anyone who asks and believes then you are forgiven.
