I am worried and scared because of my eating disorder.

I am worried and scared because of my eating disorder. I tried to eat something but I didn't like it so I didn't eat it. I will try to eat my meals on wheals meal in about 4 hours. What am I suppose to do until than? Please pray that I will eat and for healing of my allergies. Thank you.
